Hello. My name is Lukas. Im 26 years old. I live in Siauliai, Lithuania. I have mental disability. But I'm not retarded. I just have few conditions. My dream is to get driver license. My doctor said that I would be allowed to drive. I'm unemployed and it's hard to get normal job with disease that I have. But driver's license would help me a lot.
Help me reach my goal. Thanks in advance.
