Hello everyone, First allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ellaf. A passionate medical student from Sudan. A human rights activist who have been working in voluntary work for more than 6 years. Am currently working in a Medical Students Oriented Organization called Medical Students International Network-Sudan which is under the International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA) as a National Officer on Human Rights and Peace. Every year there are two general assemblies conducted by IFMSA one in March and one in August. These Assemblies are the biggest place for medical students from all over the world to discuss major global health issues and exchange ideas, knowledge and skills. They are the best opportunities for us medical students to develop ourselves to become the best health care providers the world needs. Sadly, as young students coming from a third world country we cannot afford to attend these meetings and improve our skills and knowledge to become the doctors we want. That's why am asking you to contribute in assisting me to attend this golden opportunity. This opportunity will not just let me learn new knowledge and experience but am planning on reflecting my knowledge to raise awareness about major human rights and health issues, Refugees health and other issues that we need to give attention for making this world a better place to live for everyone.
