I am Sven Welzig, 19 years old, professional angler from Namibia.
I have been very fortunate to be chosen for my countries national team. It is the salt water rock and surf International Championship taking place in Jeffreysbay South Africa from the 3rd to 8th December 2022. Due to our weak economy funds are very hard to come by. Additionally, the increase in fuel prices only make it even more challenging. If I do not get the needed funds by November 2022 I will have to withdraw from the event giving me a 3 year ban from even stading a chance to be in the team again as well as a bad reputation. Anything will help.
