This include a digital app to get a broader outreach, marketing campaigns and a fixed endoscopic lenses so that they can add more value to their consultations. The only way that Doctor's in Nicaragua can get decent pay is switching to private medicine practice as public medicine pays too low. However, it is very difficult for them to start a career in private medicine when they don't have a decent place to rent or the tools to do a procedure. The money will go as follow: 10k on digital app that creates a broader outreach to make appointments online and have a free agenda setting, medical records and video call. This one has already begun. 30-40k on marketing campaigns for recently grad Doctor's who want to go on private medicine. 50K on Fixes endoscopic lenses, monitor and camera.
