Hi everyone, im walid masad 31 years, from morocco im single and im a guest house manager, For years I have been saving some money whenever the opportunity allows me to buy a piece of land and build my personal project. To this day, I have given half the required amount in a piece of land, which is priced at 18.000 € , and I am still required for half, the cost of legal papers, the architect, the court, builders, building supplies, and guest house license.. That is why at least 40.000 € are required, thank you in advance to fund my project its being a dream and i wanna make it real
