Northern Uganda ,this part of Uganda in the aerly 90s was affected by war leaving some of ugandans homeless, school dropout little good medical sevices and etc . So i personally Mr Opoka Jerry Herbert calling upon who ever have feelins to join hands in saving lifes,future and our world of childrens in Uganda help us Ugandans through this .
