#Save SOPHIE, a raped and desperate woman !! Grandma was a married woman and mother of five (5) children; a strong, intelligent, courageous woman, she was a Cultivator before she suffered a shock that she will never forget in her whole life. Its story happened at the beginning of April this year during the armed conflict in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo. She remembers this phenomenon all the time as if it were just yesterday. When I met her, she agreed to tell me the whole story of what had happened, chose that she never wanted to tell anyone. Here is his story: Me: Madam, tell me what really happened? Her: “Sir, that was horrible, it's a story that I never want to share or relate to someone because I'm ashamed of it. I was raped next to my husband's corpse, beheaded. One day we were at home, and armed men came and managed to get into our house while we were sleeping, they woke us up with costs of bullets. They started with my husband, they beheaded and then looted all our belongings in the house. Then it was my turn, I was raped at home, next to the corpse of my poor husband, in addition it was in the presence of my children, what a shame! I stayed with my two youngest children: both girls, one 5 years old and the other 2 years old. They took all our belongings, they looted everything. Then they took us out of our house, without giving me time to get dressed, I was shirtless. I quickly took a loincloth to cover my chest. We were driven from our homes. I started to walk with my two children in the bush to Beni. I didn't even know where we were going, I just started to walk. Once there, my children fell ill. I was welcomed in a center with my children and we were helped and given a little money, despite the insufficient to cover our needs. This is why I issue a cry of alarm to anyone of good will to kindly come to the aid of this family, because they are suffering a lot, lack of food, clothes and their own house to spend the night, since that day , they are still housed in the church. Can you imagine the fate if you do not help us? Even $ 1 is a lot for us. Thank you in advance !!
