I write to ask for help to raise funds for medical expenses. I was attacked by armed robbers who broke in my house and beat me until I was left fainted. They beat my wife too and she died on the spot leaving a 2 years 6 months boy child.
I sustained head injuries and remained unconscious for 3 days. I later developed Diebetis Insipidus which doctors said triggered as a result of the head injuries which disturbed the hypothalamus part of the brain controlling thirst.
This dangerous condition makes me feel continued thirty until I take 10 litres of water per day. I also feel continuous dizziness and headache.

I am kindly asking for help for medical expenses.
