This project seeks to raise funds for the publication of a 329 paged book on Nigeria's chequered history of federal practise and intergovernmental relations. The book addresses the vexed issue of failed leadership, lopsided federal practise and insecurity occasioned by the activities of Boko haram, killer herdsmen, bandits and militants. The book reinforces the call for true federalism, restructuring, and the need for leadership reorientation. It is a must read for all those who wish Nigeria well.
