I and my girlfriend are the survivors of a car crash which occured on August 10th 2020. She was in a coma for a while but she is ok now. Our friend, the driver...has passed in the hospital 5 hours after the crash.
We were all along with other friends on Vacation and just when we got to our destination a drunk driver ripped into the driver side and threw us rotating for a few feet. ( can be found on google by searching 'accident borsa 26 ani' )

I was conscious the whole time and was bleeding from my head when our friends found us. Our friend, the driver, was screaming in agony and my gf was close to swallowing her tongue and weird sounds were coming from her. I managed to pull it out when a man with a drink in his hand came and helped me, I mention the drink, cause it was something that stayed with me, he was very helpful though, despite being a bit inebriated.
The horrific thing is that my father also died of Cancer while I was in the hospital, the very next day, it's like I was in a movie.... So I attended 2 funerals in 2 days consecutively.

My girlfriend and I are both going to fizio therapy and it is proving quite costly.
I am currently dealing with newly found problems in my C3 Vertebra Misalignment which is limiting my mobility, ( I really enjoyed playing Tennis). I have some pain on my Neck due to the trauma to my cervical spine. Thankfully, the scar I have on my left side of the head is pain free and is minimal. Due to the driver seat smashing into my left Knee, I also have massive tears of the center meniscus. Doctors recommended a titanium implant if the Fizio Therapy will not work.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
