Services Welfare Trust is a registered Welfare Organization of Pakistan that provides free Medical Services to local Community of Islampura Jabbar, Gujar Khan.
We bring this to your attention that in June 2016, we inaugurated a welfare project namely, Taqwa Welfare Medical Center in a small town named Islam Pura Jabber, Gujar Khan (Pakistan). This setup is now registered and approved by Punjab Healthcare Commission. http://www.serviceswelfaretrust.org/ https://www.facebook.com/ServicesWelfareTrust The purpose of this project is to provide best basic healthcare facilities absolute free to the underprivileged poor people in the remote areas. In the past 4 years, we've helped over 120000 patients. These patients get their free check-up done by an M.B.B.S doctor(Family Physician) and they are also provided with free medicines. All this welfare work is made possible by fund-raising efforts carried out by Services Welfare Trust. We need about 2500USD to buy medicines for 2021.
