My sister's severe brain handicap

My sister is suffering from a very rare and severe brain handicap and it takes her away from me day by day. She does not grow. It is a very rare sindrome that has no cure. She's 9 yrs old but she does not grow..basically she is still a baby..she does not recognize me or my mother..doesnt walk,talk,eat,sit..nothing. And she had seizures..but now she is stable due to her meds,and the meds for the seizures and her other meds,food and all she needs are very expensive. Besides that she is also suffering from a bladder and kidney problem that makes her have urinary infenction every month thats has to be treated either by monthly meds or a surgery that makes her living with a bag while she's still alive. My mom refuses to choose the surgery because she is already suffering too much..and that'll make it worse. Because she will still have infections as doctors said. Besides that she is suffering from a dislocated hip.. To be honest i dont know if she will survive to any surgery,but at least i want to make her life as easiest as it can be. And my mother's life too. I want to buy everything she needs without her worring for the "tomorrow"..or what she will give to her child to eat,because she is already suffering enough too. Me and my mother need to already plan the funeral to a living child and sister..wich hurst. We are both trying our best..but for now i cant really do nothing than pray.
