Living with my father in my younger years, made me realise how educating me was not a priority to him. I have to admit that hurt me so much, knowing that he is my parent and he did not want that for me. This fuelled my desire to want more from life.
Growing up with a single mother, taught me a lot and made me appreciate her more. Sacrificing all she has to give the best she could for me has made me nothing but grateful.
This masters program will help me put me in a position of change. A position to help me create change for other women. Let them know that change is possible one woman at a time
