Africans Leaders and Talents Organization (ALTO) is a nonprofit, community-based organization serving Africans talents, skills, and innovators around the world.

Our mission is to contribute to financial inclusion, poverty alleviation, and the reduction of unemployment in Africa.
- Promoting Africans talents, skills, leaders, and innovators residing around the world;
- Help students and new gratuate to find their first job by financing job search and prepaid internship;
- To be an incubator and support SMEs and VSEs in the achievement of their financial and strategic objectives;
