This is Mr. Itoro Joseph Otu, My Cousin. He has been diagnosed of Kidney Failure and is in critical Condition. He needs a Kidney Transplant and he is fighting for his life. We his family are appealing to all kindhearted individuals to help save this beautiful Life.
